I think Ouken might be Undead, so when Hilling cast the "Blinding" spell because it was potentially holy magic he was weak to it.

Right, I'd suspect he is demonic and the holy light would have quite an effect if that was the case. Also, maybe not quite regeneration but a type of blood absorption? Or maybe he enjoys his own pain along with others. In fact, that could be a source of power for him.

So back to your point, maybe his predictableness or misleading behaviour results in people responding in a way, while he attacks them, differently from how they otherwise would have, and as a result more power.

Honestly, it doesn't even have to be power, it could just be enjoyment, and people tend to excel at what they enjoy, especially since it brings them more joy.

Think its cause if boji severs a nerve or smt that would normaly some1 faint then it wont affect him since its such a small wound so it regens instantly while also having some odd anatomy that would make it harder for boji to strike true

I have a feeling it's Kage who should be able to take him down, other than Despa, he should be the only one able to sneak into his blind spots and go for dismantling him. I'm not sure if he has a fully organic body anymore,maybe he's even a magically maneuvered mecha/part doll/full doll fueled by blood(which looks putrid, by the way), and it takes someone very small/dainty and agile to get close and undo whatever makes him function like that. Either kill his motion nerves(if he's still a living fully flesh and blood person), or destroy whatever magical core he has?! Idk, just a theory.

I'd forgotten all about the Light Race, it makes sense that Hiling would make part of it, she does have a certain level of arrogance, though in her case it only looks like a defense mechanism.
